I recently sent my developmental edits back to my editor. While she is reviewing those and preparing line edits, I am diving into outlining my next project. This one is proving to be a bit more tricky than the first, but the process of unlocking a story, when all the pieces start to fall into place, is so rewarding!
My goal is to have a well fleshed out outline ready to go, so when I am ready to query, I’ll be ready to dive into drafting (and to have a distraction while waiting for responses!) There is lots of work ahead of in 2026. I’m ready!
